This coffee comes from more than 1,300 smallholder farmers organised into local producer groups in the Planadas region of South Tolima. The high altitude, volcanic soils and ideal climate create excellent conditions for growing coffee with vibrant flavour and natural sweetness.

Traditionally grown and organically cultivated, these coffees are carefully processed using washed methods before drying slowly in parabolic greenhouses, preserving clarity and balance in the final cup.
